A big shout out to the team of Sustainable Bites! Ryan and Victoria hosted their project booth at the event of Earth Hour at 1881 again today!
Both of them engaged the public to understand more about sustainable seafood options through their AR lens.
Don’t forget to give an hour to the Earth and switch off the lights at 8:30pm today!

On March 25, our BAScT Year 2 students were incredibly honored to have the founder, Mr. Koh Seng Choon, share his entrepreneurial journey at Dignity Kitchen who has a mission to restore dignity to the differently-abled.
By leveraging business tools, they tackle the deep-rooted issue of unemployment among marginalized groups, providing essential training and jobs for people with disabilities and intellectual challenges. 💪
From his vision for establishing a social enterprise in Hong Kong to the practical hurdles and innovative solutions along the way, Mr. Koh Seng Choon’s story truly inspired our students to think more deeply about the possibilities of social innovation. ✨
